Product Overview

This product provides a Steam Key for the the PC version of Among Us, redeemable within the United States. Among Us is a multiplayer social deduction game developed and published by Innersloth. It was initially released in 2018. The game supports 4-15 players.

Gameplay Mechanics

Players are assigned one of two roles: Crewmate or Impostor. Roles are assigned randomly at the start of each round.

Crewmates

• Complete various tasks around the map, represented by mini-games.
• Identify and vote out Impostors.
• Cannot directly harm other players.
• Win by completing all tasks or by identifying and voting out all Impostors.

Impostors

• Sabotage critical systems on the map (e.g., lights, communications, oxygen).
• Eliminate Crewmates.
• Use vents to move stealthily between locations.
• Attempt to blend in with Crewmates by faking tasks.
• Win by having an equal number of Impostors and Crewmates, or by successfully executing a critical sabotage.

Communication and Discussion

The game features a proximity-based voice chat option and a text-based chat system. Discussion phases are triggered by either a player reporting a dead body or calling an emergency meeting. During these phases, players can share information, accuse others, and vote to eject a suspect from the game. Players who have been eliminated cannot communicate with active players, but can continue to complete "ghost" tasks as Crewmates or perform sabotage as Impostors (without the ability to kill).
