Return and Refund Policy — Digital Products

Moon Digi Global Tech sells exclusively digital products, including activation keys, gift cards, software licenses, and digital service access. By their nature, these products are non-transferable and single-use.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds after the delivery of a key or activation code, because:

  • Products are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment confirmation;
  • Once revealed, a key cannot be reversed, reused, or invalidated;
  • We have no way to verify whether a code has been used after delivery.

Exceptions — We will review refund requests in the following cases:

  • The delivered key is invalid or was previously used;
  • The purchased product is region-incompatible with the customer's location (when such incompatibility was not stated in the product description);
  • A verified technical error occurred during the delivery process.

To request support, contact us within 48 hours of purchase, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Requests submitted after this period will not be reviewed.

Chargebacks and disputes: We conduct an internal investigation for every dispute initiated with a payment provider. Fraudulent use of this process may result in permanent account suspension.

By completing a purchase on our store, the customer expressly acknowledges that the digital content has been made immediately available and waives the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
