Redemption Process

Any remaining balance on the order must be paid via other available Grab payment methods.Restrictions and Limitations
This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is valid only for GrabFood orders and cannot be used for other Grab services (e.g., GrabCar, GrabMart, GrabExpress) or in other regions outside of Singapore. The gift card may have an expiry date, which will be indicated with the digital code upon delivery. Users are advised to check the expiry date upon receipt.
